Welcome to our class blog. Students this is where you can get a preview of the class schedule and some class tools. In General PE we will begin Fitness Gram. Fitness Gram is a evaluation of Muscular strength, Muscular endurance, Body composition, and Cardiovascular endurance. Personal fitness students will start Chapter one and do Fitness gram. All students should be prepared with dress out clothes. Be sure to wear appropriate clothes for class and the weather. Students are encouraged to bring water to drink.
