Weightlifting will have two days of upper body work and two days of lower body work.
Tues-Bench Press, Military Press, Bicep Curl
Wed- Squats, Power Clean, SLDL
Thu- Incline Press, Shoulders Shrugs, Tricep Press
Fri- Hang Clean, Toe raises, Lunges
All weightlifting students be sure to study muscle chart and eat protein packed and nutritious meals.
General Physical Education will compete in a transitional game of kickball this week. This will serve as a lead up game for our soccer unit that starts next week.
