Weightlifting will have two days of upper body work and two days of lower body work.
Mon-Bench Press, Military Press, Bicep Curl
Tues- Squats, Power Clean, SLDL
Wed- Incline Press, Shoulders Shrugs, Tricep Press
Thu- Hang Clean, Toe raises, Lunges
Fri- Review and Make up day
All weightlifting students be sure to study muscle chart and eat protein packed and nutritious meals.
General Physical Education will start Basketball games this week. This is the final week before we start Fitnessgram and Finals next week.
