It's that time of year, when leaves start falling and we wake up to cold mornings. It is Fall and that means football.
Weightlifting will have two days of upper body work and two days of lower body work. Tues-Bench Press, Military Press, Bicep Curl Wed- Squats, Power Clean, SLDL Thu- Incline Press, Shoulders Shrugs, Tricep Press Fri- Hang Clean, Toe raises, Lunges All weightlifting students be sure to study muscle chart and eat protein packed and nutritious meals. General Physical Education will start football skills this week. This will lead up to a football tournament that starts next week. Mon- Football Notes Tue- Football Skills (Throwing) Wed- Football Skills (Catching Thurs- Football Skills(Running) Fri- Football Skill (offense) See you in class!
