Weightlifting will have one day of upper body work and one day of lower body work.

Tues- Squats, Power Clean, SLDL
Wed- Fitnessgram and Final Review
All weightlifting students be sure to study muscle chart and eat protein packed and nutritious meals.
General Physical Education will start Basketball games this week. This is the final week before we start Fitnessgram and Finals next week.
